Meet the ubigewiotop Team
A dedicated group of financial experts committed to transforming how Malaysians approach personal budgeting and financial planning through innovative technology and personalized guidance.
Our founders bring decades of combined experience in financial services, technology, and education. They've built ubigewiotop from the ground up with a vision to make sophisticated budgeting tools accessible to everyone.

Sarah Chen
CEO & Co-founder
Sarah spent 12 years at major Malaysian banks before founding ubigewiotop in 2021. Her experience in retail banking showed her firsthand how traditional budgeting advice often missed the mark for busy professionals. She holds a Master's in Finance from Universiti Malaya and is passionate about making financial literacy practical rather than theoretical.
When she's not refining ubigewiotop's algorithms, Sarah volunteers with financial education programs in Kuala Lumpur schools. She believes that good budgeting habits start early but can be learned at any age with the right tools and support.

Marcus Wong
CTO & Co-founder
Marcus brings 15 years of fintech development experience to ubigewiotop. Previously, he led engineering teams at three successful startups across Southeast Asia. His technical expertise in machine learning and data security ensures ubigewiotop's platform remains both powerful and completely secure.
He's particularly proud of ubigewiotop's predictive budgeting features, which help users anticipate expenses before they hit. Marcus graduated from Nanyang Technological University and holds several patents in financial data processing. Outside of work, he's an avid rock climber and mentor to young developers.

We're building more than just a budgeting app. We're creating a movement toward financial empowerment that respects the unique challenges and opportunities of Malaysian life.
Why We Do This
Too many Malaysians struggle with budgeting not because they lack discipline, but because existing tools don't understand their reality. Traditional budgeting advice assumes everyone has predictable income and expenses—but that's not how modern life works.
We've designed ubigewiotop specifically for the Malaysian context: handling irregular income, managing family financial obligations, navigating different cultural attitudes toward money, and working within the local banking ecosystem. Our team understands these challenges because we live them too.

User-Centered Design
Every feature we build starts with real user problems. We regularly conduct interviews with ubigewiotop users to understand their evolving needs.
Transparent Communication
We believe financial tools should be completely transparent. No hidden fees, no confusing terms, and clear explanations of how everything works.
Continuous Learning
Personal finance is constantly evolving. We stay current with economic trends, new banking technologies, and changing user behaviors to keep ubigewiotop relevant.
Inclusive Financial Wellness
Good financial habits shouldn't be limited to high earners. We design ubigewiotop to be valuable whether you're just starting your career or planning retirement.
